For those of you that haven’t officially met me, hello! My name is Jillian, and I’m determined to be a factor in what I believe is a necessary societal shift.

For generations now we have watched our social + physical health struggle due to lack of support + resources. After years of working in the pharmaceutical industry, palliative care clinics, + value-based primary care facilities, probably a decades-worth of research, and nearly lifelong personal experience, I believe the remedy for our biggest concerns lie within that one phrase: support + resources. Emotional, physical, financial, social, housing — we need more sustainable options. From the beginning.

Our current healthcare system doesn’t genuinely allow providers that level of reach. So I walked away from it + founded something that does.

Parenthood in Bloom — a holistic practice serving Youngstown, Ohio + beyond, that focuses on the wellbeing of families via doula support.
