Perinatal Doula Services

  • Fertility doulas provide support and resources for families TTC. Anyone who is trying to get pregnant may choose to work with a fertility doula.

  • A birth doula can help you understand what to expect during labor in addition to teaching strategies to make the experience more comfortable. A birth doula will support the birthing parent + partner throughout labor + delivery.

  • Abortion doulas serve patients who have chosen to terminate a pregnancy or those experiencing miscarriage or fetal loss. The primary role of a doula is to be there for you; doulas assist clients at any point of the abortion process— from the abortion procedure, consultation visits, waiting periods, and in the recovery room. They focus on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health of clients. An abortion doula is there to ease discomfort and encourage confidence and wellbeing.

No charge for base-level abortion services.

  • I am a Certified Lactation Specialist, trained to assess breastfeeding parents by taking a history + observing feedings. Based on our in-home visit, I can offer tips + tricks to improve your breastfeeding experience. The added benefit of in-home visits means that you will receive personalized advice that applies directly to you, your family, and your space! In the event that a case is complex beyond my skillset, I will refer you to a vetted, licensed IBCLC or other medical provider as needed.

Lactation support included for contracted postpartum clients.

  • New to the world of cloth diapering + seeking insight? It can certainly feel overwhelming in a disposable society! Schedule some time to discuss why this is a great option, how to get started, what to expect, establishing a routine, and troubleshooting any issues that may crop up.

Cloth diaper support included for contracted postpartum clients.

  • Babywearing goes back centuries for a reason — it’s crucial to parenthood! With so many wrap and carrier types, positions, + the risks of incorrect use, it is worthwhile to ensure a comfortable fit for both you and baby. Schedule time to obtain resources, including safety tips + advice on the right apparatus(i) for your family.

    Standalone Rate: $50/Session

Babywearing support included for contracted postpartum clients.

  • Reiki sessions for birthing persons can help to ground your body and mind, help to reduce anxiety, as well as stimulate natural healing processes. Reiki has been shown to improve fatigue + pain, making it a great tool in the perinatal handbag.

I am a Certified Usui Reiki Practitioner, exercising grounding sessions. For complex cases, I have two lovely Reiki Masters that I will happily refer you to to ensure the most appropriate care for each client.
