Lactation 101 Class
This private, live, and virtual prenatal education on human milk production allows you to get a head start on a successful breastfeeding journey. Learn what to expect, when to get help, and how to find the right support for you.

Birth Prep (No In-Person Support)
This package is an entirely virtual (live) prep package that includes two two-hour virtual meetings where we discuss any of the intake items of your choosing, from mindfulness techniques, to comfort measures.
A few major points we typically hit on are birth plan creation and general childbirth education. This also includes text support and resource connection.
In the weeks following delivery, you have the option to schedule a virtual check-in. This is another two-hour meeting in which I will hold space for you to process your labor and delivery experience, answer any questions you may have about postpartum or infant care, and screen for PMADs.
Optional add-ons include: Lactation 101 (see above), postpartum freezer meals, photography services, and more!
Birth Worker Mingle
Low-commitment opportunity to network with others supporting birthing families in our community. This is open to local doulas, midwives, chiropractors, physical therapists, nurses, and more! Reach out to be added to our list for updated meeting dates and times.

Blossoming Birthworkers
In-person training for birth workers that want to learn hands-on techniques to better support their clients. Workshops typically conclude with optional mock birth session that may be used for marketing materials.
